Sugarless Cupcake Frosting

This frosting is great if you are making cupcakes for someone on a special diet. It tastes great even if you aren't counting calories or carbohydrates!

Ingredients:

• 1 small package of sugar free instant pudding mix


• 1-3/4 cups milk


• 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese


• 1 8-oz container of frozen whipped topping

Directions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the pudding mix and milk and set aside.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until softened. Gently mix in the thickened pudding.

Step 3: Fold in whipped topping.

Makes about 4 cups.
