Sugar-Free Chocolate Frosting
The coffee in this recipe compliments the chocolate very well. And, while the ingredients for this recipe are very simple, you'll find that the flavors emerge from using quality ingredients.
- 2-ozs unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup real butter, softened
- 4 Tbsps Splenda or 6 packets
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coffee
Pour melted chocolate into a large mixing bowl and stir in heavy cream.Step 2:
Increase the speed on the mixer and add in butter. Beat on medium speed till fluffy.Step 3:
Reduce speed of mixer and add Splenda, vanilla extract and coffee.
Makes approximately 2 cups of frosting.
